vidaXL referral program is a way for us to thank our loyal customers for spreading the word about vidaXL! It is a win-win system that rewards both you and the person you refer vidaXL to.

How can I earn vidaXL points through the Referral Program?
You can earn points by referring friends to vidaXL. You'll earn 10 points for every successful referral. The process for receiving your points is simple:

  1. The friend you refer (the referee) must successfully create an account and place their first order.
  2. A 30-day validation period begins immediately after their first order is placed. This period allows time for returns, cancellations, or other issues.
  3. Once the 30-day validation period is complete, 10 points will be automatically credited to your account.


How do I refer a friend?  

  1. Sign up or log into your vidaXL account;
  2. Click on My Account, from the top right corner of the screen;
  3. Go to Referrals section;
  4. Find your unique referral link;
  5. Copy the link and share it via your preferred channel.

You can also track the status and history of your referrals by navigating to My Account > Referrals.


Do I need a vidaXL account to refer a friend?
Yes, you need a vidaXL account to access your unique referral link and to have your points credited. 

When will I receive my points for a successful referral?
Your points will be credited to your account after the referee has made their first purchase. However, the points only become available for use 30 days after the order has been placed.

How much is each vidaXL point worth?
1 vidaXL point = £0.4

Do my points expire?
Yes, points earned from a successful referral will expire 6 months after they are credited to your account.

Can I combine my points with other discounts?
Yes, points can be combined with other discounts when you make a purchase, up to the maximum discount amount allowed by the vidaXL+ Rewards Program.

What happens if the person I refer returns their first order?
The referral will no longer be considered successful, and no points will be granted.
