What type of warranty do I have?

All products sold by vidaXL are covered by the minimum 2-year legal guarantee. Currently, our products only have that guarantee.

You have the right to a reliable product that meets the description. A product is defective if:
- it's incomplete,
- damaged or broken,
- it doesn’t work properly,
- it can’t be used as described by the seller.

Your responsibility as a buyer is to investigate if the product is suitable for your intended use before you buy. If you run into an issue, you have the right to be offered a suitable solution to solve the issue. vidaXL solves issues that you run into during the warranty period by offering solutions that consider the type of product you ordered and the issue you are facing.

Damage caused by weather conditions is not covered by the warranty because the item is not damaged or a non-functioning item. Please contact your insurance company to resolve such cases.
