How do I file a complaint?

Filing a complaint is an important step in addressing issues with our products or services. Your opinion matters, and you can submit your feedback through email, chat, phone, or by using the contact form below.


We will address and respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If you are unhappy with the way the complaint was handled, you can also submit it via the European ODR Platform.

Complaints can be filled for both: products and services.
