To receive your full refund, it’s important to return your product in its original state. You can check out the product, but not actually use it to try it out (e.g. it’s not possible to cook with a pan and then return it).
When the return was organised by us, you will be refunded of the full amount you paid for your order.
For returns that you organized yourself, no fee will be deducted from your refund but vidaXL will not be liable to refund the return costs you have incurred in returning your product.
