How do I return a product?

You can return your product free of charge within 14 days after receiving the product.

Depending on the product and the reason why you want to return, we will either organise a pick-up or we will send you a return label. In the last case you should bring your product(s) to a parcel shop.

There are two ways to return a product:

  1. We take care of your return. When the return is arranged by vidaXL through XLService, shipping costs maybe deducted from your refund. Read more
  2. You can use your right of withdrawal. If you want use your right of withdrawal then you can return your product within 14 days but you will have to pay for the return yourself. Read more
