Can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order through the My Account section. Here's how:

  1. go to My Account > Order History > Order Details;
  2. Click Cancel Product(s);
  3. Select the products you want to cancel;
  4.  Confirm your selection;
  5. Choose reason for cancellation;
  6. Confirm cancellation.

Orders can be cancelled within 60 to 90 minutes of being placed. If the order has already been shipped, you should refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team using the buttons below.

 

Has your order been cancelled?

In some rare cases, we can’t deliver a product and need to cancel an order. The most common reasons are:

  • The item is out of stock;
  • Our seller could not confirm your order;
  • Address information is unclear or incorrect.
