What is the XLService and how does it work?

How long can you change your mind for? Most products sold by vidaXL can be returned up to 14 calendar days after receiving them. Where multiple products were ordered, the cooling-off period does not start until the day after which you receive the last package.

What are your obligations? You can evaluate the product(s) the same way you would be allowed to in a physical shop. If you have gone beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and nature of the product(s), you will be responsible for any loss of value of the product. All products must be returned in their original packaging, insofar as this is reasonably possible.

How to use the XL Service? To make use of the XLservice, you need to inform vidaXL of your decision to return the product before the cooling-off period (14 calendar days) has expired. You can make this known in different ways:

How can you return your products? Upon receipt of your request to return your product making use of the XLservice and provided your request meets the requirements set herein, vidaXL will organize the return of your product either:

  • By drop-off at a parcel shop; or
  • By collection of the product by a carrier.

What are related costs to the XLservice? What are related costs to the XLservice? When the return is arranged by vidaXL through XLService, shipping costs maybe deducted from your refund.
