Description

The double-walled pot from HI is perfect if you want to use the bain-marie method to prepare a special recipe or to heat up some food.

In order to use this double boiler, just fill the bottom pot with one or two centimetres of water. Next, add the desired composition in the top pot and turn on your hob As the water heats up and steam is released, the steam stays trapped between the two pots, which then heats the food in the top pot.

The HI bain-marie pot is made of stainless steel and it has a whistling kettle function. It is perfect to melt the chocolate that you want to add up to a birthday cake!
