This cross trainer has a resistance system that can be regulated manually by choosing one of the 8 magnetic resistance levels. It is equipped with an integrated workout computer that monitors time, speed, distance, calories and pulse.

The heavy flywheel is balanced, so a workout without the trainer producing any loud noises is guaranteed. The frame is made of quality metal pipes that have an anti-scratch layer.
