Description

You can perform a wide variety of exercises at home with this Avento doorway training bar.

Place the length-adjustable pull-up bar at the top of your door frame and train the upper body with pull-ups. Vary your grip positions to train different muscle groups and make the workout as tough as you want. You can also secure this training bar to the bottom of the door frame to hook your feet under for sit-ups. The robust, reinforced design makes it the ideal tool to train a wide variety of muscles. Each Avento pull-up bar is made of durable steel with a luxury finish and has soft foam handles for a proper and comfortable grip.

Note: When using the bar for pull-ups and chin-ups, we recommend always using the mounting caps.
