The Draper Tools fence wire tensioning tool has been manufactured from hardened and tempered carbon steel and has a 600 mm long handle for excellent leverage and a curved, pivoting 'Durbar' steel plate to securely grip any post type whilst straining wire. The tool is suitable for tensioning wire (including barbed wire) of up to 4 mm in diameter, prior to stapling it onto wooden fence posts.
